One of the trees in the group I call the chocolate trees. Large leaves emerge rosy mauve in spring changing to a milk chocolate tone with speckled variegation and a green vein for summer. Fall is outstanding two toned orange red. Slow growing, getting quite large in great age.Upright form. Protect from hot sun.
