ACER palmatum Kurui jishi

Named the "Crazy Lion" this is a fun and interesting tree. Each lobe of the small palmate leaf is curled under to meet the edges creating a very sharp and pointed effect. The branches twist upward and around like the furl of smoke from a fire. Excellent interest for close viewing.
