ACER palmatum Sagara nishiki

One of my favorite variegated trees, elegant golden yellow traces the edge of the leaf with occasional sprinkles of gold in the body of the leaf. A small slow growing tree with an upright form, medium sized leaves, moderately spaced internodes and open form. East to grow, requires protection from hot sun. The restrained growth habit and beautiful detail make this tree well suited for bonsai or container garden.
