Thuja orientalis 'Sanderi'
Unusual Sanderi grows into a conical, almost triangular gray-green conifer with red-brown bark. The verticle planes of branches are made up of scale-like blunt triangles of medium green to gray-green that transition into purplish green in winter. It's cones are small, to 3/4 inch long, flask-shaped, grayish-brown, with 3 to 4 pairs of opposite scales.
