ACER palmatum Beni kawa

Orange-red bark similar to Sango Kaku but, smaller with wider form. Lovely pale green leaves in spring and clear yellow in fall. Easy to grow very sun tolerant, less suseptable to late spring frost and black twig infections than other red bark maples.
